IRHA 2025-2026 Regular Season
Registration Opens August 22nd 2025
IRHA has levels from Learn to Skate to Midget for 2025-2026. 10u and 12u will have travel teams and house teams. We also have a 16u AA split season for 2025-2026.
House levels may break up into 2 or more teams based on signups. After the registration deadline, we may not be able to register additional players because of the team size limits.
Ages
Learn to Skate is 4 years old to 8 years old.
Mites - 8u
Squirts - 10u
Peewee - 12u
Bantam - 14u
Midget - 16u
Learn to Skate: If your player is 6-8 years old and completed 1 year of LTS, we recommend playing 8u Mites.
When
House league runs from October 4th 2025 - March 16th 2026.
Travel Tryouts will be in August.
Where
Practices will be at the Negaunee Ice Arena for the season.
Away games will be mostly in the UP, IRHA is part of CUP league and MAHA district 8.
Practices
Practices are 2 times a week. Preseason may have a 3rd practice.
Games
House teams typically play 30-40 games, mostly on weekends.
Jerseys
Jerseys are provided by our team sponsorships.
Extra Costs
Teams typically signup for 2-3 tournaments. These are up to each teams head coach. The team will collect any registrations fees before the tournament.
